NEW HEADQUARTERS: Am Alten Walzwerk 2, 16761 Hennigsdorf (Germany)

News

We are moving!

The time has come: our head quarters are moving from its current location to a completely new motor plant just outside Berlin.

The now motor plant has been constructed on a total site area of 24,000 square metres in Hennigsdorf near Berlin. From 2 January 2024, MENZEL motors will be planned, manufactured and tested from there under the most optimised conditions and to the most modern standards before they reach our customers all over the world.

Construction is complete: Off to Hennigsdorf!

The building has recently been handed over to MENZEL by the construction company Vollack. Now it's finally time to move! Every week, removal vans with boxes and storage motors are already travelling from the old location to the new one, all office staff are packing their boxes, production and distribution are meticulously planning the relocation of their machines and work equipment - and there are also the obligatory surprise finds that come to light during a move. But this is hardly surprising, as there is a lot of history in the old brick building, which the Menzel family moved into in 1958 when the first premises of the company, founded in 1927, became too small.

New plant further focusses on customer requirements

The founding family and current management are now looking on another milestone in MENZEL's history. The new plant enables optimised production processes and, with its spacious logistics and production areas and continuous crane systems with a load capacity of 80 t, ensures that customer requirements can be implemented even more flexibly and reliably. A modern office wing is also being added.
