Menzel Elektromotoren has opened a new electric motor plant in Hennigsdorf near Berlin in 2024. For our new company headquarters, we are constantly looking for electronic technicians for motors and drive technology.
Since 1927, our family-owned company is known for high-quality manufacturing of large and powerful electric motors for industrial plants all over the world. Menzel offers its own series of motors and specializes in custom designs as well as the rebuilding of existing motors up to 25,000 kW and 13.8 kV.
We keep many of our large motors in stock at all times and adapt them at short notice for a wide variety of applications and locations. Furthermore, we offer comprehensive testing services for electric motors, generators, transformer-inverter-motor systems, gearboxes and frequency converters, no-load tests up to 10 MW, load tests up to 1.8 MW and heating tests using the bifrequency method up to 5 MW.

Electrical machine construction in Hennigsdorf
Certainly most electrical motor manufacturers can be found in Western and Southern Germany. However, MENZEL Elektromotoren has a long tradition in Berlin and its surroundings. Back in 1927, the grandfather of our current Managing Director started to build electric motors in Berlin-Schöneberg. Our headquarters are now found in Berlin-Hennigsdorf, with excellent connections to the Berlin bus, train, and underground network.
